On the 25th of July after pumping my last set of squats I hung up my towel having just concluded successfully the first 25 days of the #FightClub100dayChallenge. I waited for my team to catch up, but just as I started to relax, they checked in for the second batch. I asked them to tarry but they seamed eager.
So back on the drawing board for the second set. Again the workouts are based on a simple no-equipment theme. Using only your body and a towel to execute.
The Exercises:
Do each exercise over 1 minute, do not rest between exercises, simply change to the next movement. At the end of each set of exercises, rest for 1-minute 30-seconds. Do 8 sets.
Total estimated time: 1hr
1. V-ups
Start in a laying down position (facing the ceiling). Extend arms over your head, legs together and stretched out. Gently tighten your abs as you lift your upper torso and legs into a V-Position. Breath out as you execute the movement. Return to start. Repeat for a 1 minute interval

2. Speed skaters
Start with your legs slightly more than your shoulders apart. Reach for your right foot with your left hand and your left foot bent backwards in the air. Then immediately explode towards your left foot while reaching your right hand to your left foot. Alternate for 1 minute.

3. Push up Jacks
Start in the downward push up position. Push up, then jack your legs open. Jack them closed. Finally return to start.Repeat for 1 minute

4. Alternating lunges
Start with your legs at shoulder width. Take a comfortable large step forward and sink into a lunge. Return to start and repeat with the other leg. Repeat this alternating movement for 1 minute.
5. Overhead towel side bends
Working with a hand towel (easy grip and small size). Hold the towel above your head, extending fully and holding it taut. Begin bending at the waist to your left. Lift then band to your right. Ensure that the towel remains taut the entire time. Repeat for 1-minute

6. Squat holds
Get into a deep squat position and hold for 1 minute.
